Broccoli Casserole


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 10 ounce package broccoli spears or bits
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 ounce can cram of chicken soup
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups cooked rice


Sauté onions and celery in butter. Add broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, grated cheese and cooked rice. Season. Bake in buttered dish or dish tat has been sprayed with PAM at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
