Jet Propulsion and his friends Sean and Sydney will take an adventure to the moon with the other Bortronians and Earthlings in this special movie event, “One Small Step.”
Attendees will enjoy the movie, along with a snack and a hands-on activity. The Louisiana Art & Science Museum will be in attendance with their Discovery Dome!
Each LPB Kids Club Family Member gets free admission (up to 4 people). Non-Members are $10 per person. Reserve your space!

There is still time to register for LPB’s Sensational Science Camps for 4- and 5-year-olds! Sensational Science Camp will engage kids in science inquiry and the engineering design process using fun hands-on activities, digital media, and technology with Ruff Ruffman and his friends.
Choose either June 10-14, 2019 or June 17-21, 2019. Our sessions will cover Mixtures, Materials, Friction, Structures, and a Sensational Science Finale!
Camps will be at LPB's Telecommunications Center located at 7733 Perkins Road in Baton Rouge, LA, from 9 AM - 12 NOON, daily. Cost is $175 per camper per week plus a non-refundable registration fee of $25. Campers must be at least 4 years old by 6/1 to be eligible and no older than 6 years old by 6/1. Register HERE!

"Seize & Secure: The Battle for La Fière" sheds light on a relatively unexplored, but pivotal battle to secure a critical route inland for allied forces invading France on June 6, 1944. The fight for the La Fière causeway and bridge is regarded as one of the bloodiest small arms battles in U.S. military history, fought largely by paratroopers and glidermen from the 82nd Airborne Division.
